🌿 About the Program

The Travel Care Service is a developing program of The Denise Allison Foundation, based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Inspired by Denise’s love of travel and adventure, this initiative is designed to bring peace, joy, and meaningful experiences to patients and families navigating serious illness or end-of-life care.

Our goal is simple — to make moments matter. Whether through small day trips or compassionate coordination for families traveling to be near loved ones, Travel Care helps patients reconnect with the world around them in ways that lift the spirit.

What We Hope to Offer

As this program grows, we plan to include:

  • ✈️ Comfort Travel

    Coordinating short, safe trips for patients who wish to visit meaningful places one more time.

  • 🚐 RV Outreach Visits

    Mobile comfort visits in our foundation’s RV, bringing joy, connection, and care to patients across Louisiana.

  • 🌄 Memory Journeys

    Creating opportunities for families to share special experiences together, even during difficult times.

  • 🕊️ Support for Traveling Families

    Helping families traveling from out of town find rest and resources while caring for loved ones in Baton Rouge.
